Banana Cream Cheese Bread

The cream cheese add flavor and moisture to this regular banana bread.
Ingredients
1 C. sugar 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 C. mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 C. buttermilk biscuit mix
1/2 C. chopped walnuts (can use pecans)

Directions
Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in banana and eggs.
Add biscuit mix and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
Cool before slicing.
