Easy Chickpea Salad

So simple and yet still so delicious!

Ingredients
2 C. canned chick-peas, washed and drained
1/2 C. onion, finely chopped
1/2 C. parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 C. lemon juice
1/3 C. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place washed and drained chickpeas in a small bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and shake well. Just before serving, pour over chickpeas and toss.
