Coconut Fried Shrimp

Ingredients

1 cup Baker's Angel Flakes Coconut
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb cleaned/deveined Shrimp
1 Egg slightly beaten
1 cup oil for frying

Directions
Mix coconut,flour,salt ,pepper,set aside
Dip shrimp in eggs,one at a time,roll in coconut flour mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat at about 325 F.
Add shrimp to oil, fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until
golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with Lemon wedge, or sauce if desire(Cocktail or sweet and sour)
